"She is a tall and thin woman." (هي امرأة طويلة ونحيفة)
"He is a short and fat man." (إنه رجل قصير وبدين)
"The dog is fluffy and cute." (االكلب رقيق ولطيف)
"The house is big and beautiful." (البيت كبير وجميل)

Grammar:

Adjectives and adjective order
- In English, adjectives usually come before the noun they are describing. However, when using multiple adjectives, there is a specific order in which they should be placed. The order is as follows:
في اللغة الإنجليزية ، عادةً ما تأتي الصفات قبل الاسم الذي يصفونه. ومع ذلك ، عند استخدام صفات متعددة ، هناك ترتيب معين يجب وضعها فيه. الترتيب على النحو التالي:
Opinion or judgement (e.g. beautiful, ugly) رأي أو حكم
Size (e.g. big, small) حجم
Age (e.g. old, young) عمر
Shape (e.g. round, square) شكل
Color (e.g. red, blue) اللون
Origin (e.g. French, Chinese) أصل
Material (e.g. metal, cotton) مادة
Purpose or function (e.g. cooking, writing) الغرض أو الوظيفة
